'Sheet-caking is a grassroots movement.'

SNL and University of Virginia alum Tina Fey got back behind the Weekend Update desk on Thursday night during one of the special 30-minute summer segments. Fey delivered a stress-releasing tip for dealing with the current political atmosphere, "Donny John," neo-Nazis and white supremacists.

"It broke my heart to see these evil forces to descend upon Charlottesville... I would urge people this Saturday, instead of participating in these screaming matches and potential violence, find a local business that you support, maybe a Jewish-run bakery, or an African-American-run bakery. Order a cake with the American flag on it like this one, and just eat it.

Next time when you see a bunch of white boys in polo shirts screaming about taking our country back, and you want to scream, 'It's not our country, we stole it form the Native Americans, and when they have a peaceful protest at Standing Rock we shoot at them with rubber bullets, but we let you chinless turds march through the streets with semi-automatic weapons'... when you want to yell that, don't yell it at the Klan, yell it at the cake. Sheet-caking is a grassroots movement."

When you really feel stressed and powerless, you need to dip a grilled cheese into the cake, Fey correctly instructs, and then try screaming this into there: "Who drove the car into the crowd, Hillary's emails?" Watch the full clip above, which concludes with Fey asking that "good, sane Americans treat the rallies like the opening of a thoughtful movie with two female leads: don't show up."
